Replacement and return policy We at chow are committed to providing an accurate product description. Replacement or return must be within one day of receiving the order and only once. The product must be unused. It must be in its original condition and tags or stickers must not be removed. The product must be in its original box and all accessories. If the error is on our part, we bear all costs. Provide the order number. The customer bears the cost of returning the product in case of replacement or return. In case of return, only the value of the returned product will be refunded, excluding the delivery fee paid upon delivery of the order. There are no replacements or returns for orders outside the Kingdom. If the customer wishes to cancel the order and the shipment has been delivered, the shipping company will deduct the shipping fees from the refunded amount. The amount will be refunded within 12 working days of the order reaching our headquarters. If the deposit is delayed, the customer should contact the bank. Note: Products that are discounted (either directly discounted or purchased using a discount code) are not refundable. Please check the sizes from the tables below.
